It was a truly wonderful hotel. A spotlessly clean place where you can comfortably stay with your family. The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend it. It also has a great location, close to all the restaurants.

The hotel is located Near plenty of Shops and restaurants, just minutes from famous Redondo Beach. The hotel is clean and welcoming with courteous service. Our room was Spacious and comfortable With a large desk and sofa bed in the living area. The breakfast offers variety of choices and it’s very hearty. There’s also a Fitness room and a business office room. Fresh coffee Is available at the reception area. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend to any travelers.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the entire time we were there all we heard was people above us stomp and the elevator going up and down. I think the mechanical stuff for the elevator was under our room so everytime it was used it was super loud. Hotel floors and walls are super thin. I have stayed here 3 times and will never stay here again.

On the first night, we stayed on the second floor next to the breakfast area. The entire floor was filled with a strong bacon smell, including inside our room. The kitchen clearly lacks adequate ventilation. On the second morning, I was awakened by an extremely loud water noise, like a waterfall right next to the bed. When I turned on the light, I saw water pouring out of the sink even though the faucet was not turned on. The water had backed up from the pipe and flooded the room. At that moment, I recalled that when we first entered the room, the sink already had dirty marks with sand and small shaving hairs. The surrounding area was wet with a significant amount of water. At the time, I assumed this was due to cleaning, but it is now clear that the room had previously flooded due to the same issue and was still assigned to us. I immediately called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do until maintenance arrived, or they could come upstairs to take a look. The front desk staff then came to the room with a pile of towels, wiped the floor, and left all the towels on the floor. These appeared to be towels intended for guest use during showers. She then went downstairs to check room availability and informed us that we could move to another room on the second floor directly across from the gym. I declined and was eventually reassigned to a room on the third floor after other guests checked out. I requested to speak with the manager and was told the manager had stepped away but that my request for compensation would be discussed. However, this was never followed up. There was no apology, no explanation, and no compensation offered. Shortly after this stay, I developed a rash on both of my calves. Given the unsanitary conditions, flooding, and handling of guest towels, this raises serious concerns.

Close to shopping, food and the civic center. The room was clean and more than enough room for the 2 of us. Breakfast was well done, clean and had a lot of options for food and drink. The gym was clean. Highly recommended.

My stay was amazing room was spacious and breakfast is excellent and location isn’t bad either!! I’m just extremely unhappy with service and how it seems like front desk doesn’t seem to pay much attention or even keep an eye out on emails either. At check in I emailed over a gift card I had (check in lady said I’d be charged on my card first then it would be put back on my card at check out- which was understandable as I work at a best western too) I chose to do express check out which I wish I hadn’t!!!! I had to be back home for work so I left early on check out day and a few hours later in the day i looked at the receipt and I didn’t see my gift card on there. I called them around 3pm and they said they hadn’t done it because it was never noted in my res by check in lady. I thought I was ok as she said she’d refund me - WRONG! At midnight I get a notification from my debit card that’s attached to my best western ,but not the card I payed with, that my refund was going back in there. I purposely payed with a credit card to avoid delays and get my money back asap!! I emailed them right away out of extreme annoyance , yet no one emailed me back! I called in the afternoon and she said she’d get her coworker to take care of it and to call tomorrow. I didn’t get a chance to call back the next day but did today and she said she could not get it done anymore because I called on the second business day (if they would’ve caught my email the day I emailed it they would’ve been able to do it still) all the lady could say is sorry I should’ve payed attention to what card. As a front desk employee I get how busy it can get but at my location we are forced to check our email multiple times and reply accordingly and asap! In my system there’s no way to refund a card that wasn’t charged so it’s crazy to me that they could!!

I recently stayed here while visiting a family member in the hospital and was looking for a place that offered a good breakfast, a workout facility, and clean, comfortable rooms. This hotel checked all the boxes—and then some. From the warm welcome at check-in from Bree, to the delicious Starbucks coffee machines, and the ease of check-out, everything exceeded expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and welcoming stay.

Had a great time there. Quiet, safe, clean, comfy, spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, best sleep I've had in a hotel in a while. Small-ish bathroom but functional. Full kitchenette, complimentary coffee, water and little snacks provided. Employees were helpful and courteous. Big parking lot just outside the hotel, free parking. Free well equipped gym. The breakfast was fantastic. Big room with plenty of space, tons of options, from the healthiest to the most gourmet. You could make your own waffles, some being whole grain or even flavored with cinnamon, apple or chocolate! Coffee machines are Starbucks so no surprise here either. Huge amount of food options nearby for lunch and dinner, super convenient. We'll come back.

I had a wonderful stay, the breakfast is great, room was comfortable. No real complainta. I don't know enough to know if the location is particularly good or not. I guess it depends on where you want to go, for me it was nice.

Absolutely clean place with lots of amenities and wonderful customer service from the staff. If you need to heat up food, they have a microwave and refrigerator in your room. And despite the fact that many places nowadays do not have parking, they did. They have food there, and places for the kids to enjoy. To be honest it is just a great place to be. Until I get an apartment to rent, I will probably go there again occasionally. Karina, thanks so much for helping me to get setup to stay there. I had a peaceful restful night. I felt very safe there.
