No hook in bathroom to hang clothes/towels, no shampoo, no items for kitchen (such as pots/pans, dishes, utensils, cups, mugs), no dishwashing liquid-havw to ask for it at front desk. They have hot plate, microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator in room, have 2 bars soap for bathroom. Trash disposal room at end of building on each floor. Vending machine water is $5 so Walmart nearby is place to get fluids, food to stock refrigerator. Has iron/ironing board, hanging area for clothes. Bed was medium firm, hurt my lower back. Overall cheaper and better on Memorial Day weekend than major hotels around.

I really like the Del Amo extended stay. It's conveniently located, and the staff is great. At the end of the day , it's an extended stay, and what it offers for the price it offers it for is two thumbs up in my book. Don't go in there, expecting The Ritz-Carlton.Cause that's not what you're going to get , but for families or travelers on a budget , it offers everything you need. I will definitely stay here again!

Had to work with a limited budget during this trip and this worked out the best. Positives: service staff are very responsive. Location is good if you want to walk to the nearby restaurants and super market. Safety was also good. Negatives: pots and pans are limited as most guests are long term guests. At least one fire alarm a week as people are not mindful of opening the window before cooking. The alarm at 11 pm is not pleasant. They need renovation of the bathrooms. Cleaning happens only once every 2 weeks. Again, no frills stay. Ability to cook is a plus.

Martha and Iris are absolutely lovely. Such kind and empathetic energy. They made the stay even better with thier warmness and thier kindness was a much needed breath of freash air from the stress I've been feeling. The location is top tier and because of Martha and Iris, I would definitely stay again.

Recently we had Gerardo (maintenance) replace the heating & A/C unit - works great just in time for the cold weather. With our new Manager Laura we noticed a new paint on our walls - what a wonderful soothing color! We appreciate your quick response - ie to elevator breakdown fixed asap.

I walk into the hotel, smells disgusting. Check in and make my way to the elevator trying to avoid the garbage on the floor. On my way to the room I pass a pile of junk on the floor with a “free” sign above it.. I get into my room and find Cheeto stains on my bed. The walls are so thin I heard the neighbors tv all night, then woke up to the construction outside.. worse place I’ve stayed at.

I loved the remote location, the staff were friendly. The assistant manager Erica, is very knowledgeable, and willing to listen to any concerns that may arise. The place is quiet and clean. Also very affordable, I’d stay here again.

I personally love,love love this place! I've always had a great experience with customer service, my needs are always met, and the location is ideal! In the few recent times I've stayed, there is one person I'd like to recognize. He has always greeted me with a smile,laughed at my stupid jokes, and I know he remembers me everytime I room here. Thank you Antonio for making my home away from.home just as comfortable . Your kindness goes along way and isn't forgotten .

Good location in the city. I can walk to most of my appointments. Room a tiny bit too small in a studio with queen bed. Workers are very hospitable and helpful from Kevin the manager to concierge(?)staff like Antonio, Bobby, Stephanie, Erica, & Mike. I have no complaints or grips(?).

I’ve stayed at this fine establishment many of times and never had a bad experience. The service has been incredible and the staff top notch Antonio was a huge help both times I’ve ran into him. Very helpful and knowledgeable made sure I had everything I needed for a fantastic stay.
