The staff like Martha, Mohammed, couple fill ins from Glendale, Ca and Laura the manager have been very accommodating professional especially since I have been dealing with a illness and a death in the family so just wanted to say this was the worst thing I could have done after a death in my family. This group of women are like high schoolers and very unprofesslsional at extended stay del amo circle one of my complaints a new hire she is on shift tonight she is very rude and I don't know how she got a job in hospitality industry she doesn't know what toothpaste is her name is abodeji or something like that but she's definitely in need of more training bad service every time. Erica, an assistant manager is the worst disturbances off and on when Laura is not around, Stephanie a night shift worker questioned my child and guests they should all be trained to remain more professional , stayed 21 days and never felt more stressed out in my life. Please train them more to mind their business and not questions for guests minor children that is not their business and frankly unprofesslsional and noisy. I felt discrimination and gave me 2 seizures in this hotel. I called guests relations and it takes 48 hours to receive a call back and im still waiting so people stay somewhere else it's totally not cool to stay here long term there are cheaper less stress hotels in Torrance or San Pedro Redondo Beach area. I can't understand what happened to this chain in Torrance .

I stayed at this 5 Star hotel very clean rooms nice working AC clean towels 5 Star treatment from Managers Erica and Karla wow so friendly they interact with you and ask about your day. They are close to the customers very caring with everyone I noticed as soon as I cheaked in . Karla talks about her cat that made me feel convertible as I have two dogs that she is a pet lover like me. Xoxo . The Staff Stephanie Martha super nice they go out of there way to accommodate you and explain things in detail if you have a question. The maintance man Gerardo always smiling very friendly the entire staff always greet you even at 2am all the staff greats you by name I love that how they remem everyone names amazed me. I have stayed in many hotel and this place is my favorite . I am a regular customer now I stay no where else.The entire hotel is smoke free very important for me as I am allergic to cigarettes. The room has a full kitchen so I save alot of money cooking instead of eating out. I am also handy cap they have carts to move your belongings and elevators lots of handy cap spots that’s also very important for me. Super pet friendly lots of grass areas for my dogs to lay down and eat grass lol I recommend this 5Star hotel 100% pet and family friendly.

Our room key did not work. So iris and Erika had to keep allowing us entry, each and every time we needed access to our room. Did not offer or have any solutions to our keys being reissued and merely shrugged it off as if it happens all the time. Also to be noted, we had elderly and children with us. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend staying at this Extended Stay America location. My room was in extremely poor condition and clearly had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was visible mold around the window and air conditioning unit, the room was very dusty, the furniture and countertops had dirt and residue on them, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. What concerned me the most was finding what appeared to be bed bugs, making the room feel unsafe and unsanitary. No guest should have to worry about sleeping in those conditions. I booked through a third-party travel site and have had to make multiple calls and follow up numerous times just to request a refund. While customer service acknowledged my complaint, the resolution process has been frustratingly slow. Hotels have a responsibility to provide guests with a clean, sanitary, and safe environment. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet even the most basic standards. I strongly encourage management to address these cleanliness and maintenance issues before allowing additional guests to stay in these rooms.

No hook in bathroom to hang clothes/towels, no shampoo, no items for kitchen (such as pots/pans, dishes, utensils, cups, mugs), no dishwashing liquid-havw to ask for it at front desk. They have hot plate, microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator in room, have 2 bars soap for bathroom. Trash disposal room at end of building on each floor. Vending machine water is $5 so Walmart nearby is place to get fluids, food to stock refrigerator. Has iron/ironing board, hanging area for clothes. Bed was medium firm, hurt my lower back. Overall cheaper and better on Memorial Day weekend than major hotels around.

I really like the Del Amo extended stay. It's conveniently located, and the staff is great. At the end of the day , it's an extended stay, and what it offers for the price it offers it for is two thumbs up in my book. Don't go in there, expecting The Ritz-Carlton.Cause that's not what you're going to get , but for families or travelers on a budget , it offers everything you need. I will definitely stay here again!

Had to work with a limited budget during this trip and this worked out the best. Positives: service staff are very responsive. Location is good if you want to walk to the nearby restaurants and super market. Safety was also good. Negatives: pots and pans are limited as most guests are long term guests. At least one fire alarm a week as people are not mindful of opening the window before cooking. The alarm at 11 pm is not pleasant. They need renovation of the bathrooms. Cleaning happens only once every 2 weeks. Again, no frills stay. Ability to cook is a plus.

Martha and Iris are absolutely lovely. Such kind and empathetic energy. They made the stay even better with thier warmness and thier kindness was a much needed breath of freash air from the stress I've been feeling. The location is top tier and because of Martha and Iris, I would definitely stay again.

Recently we had Gerardo (maintenance) replace the heating & A/C unit - works great just in time for the cold weather. With our new Manager Laura we noticed a new paint on our walls - what a wonderful soothing color! We appreciate your quick response - ie to elevator breakdown fixed asap.

I walk into the hotel, smells disgusting. Check in and make my way to the elevator trying to avoid the garbage on the floor. On my way to the room I pass a pile of junk on the floor with a “free” sign above it.. I get into my room and find Cheeto stains on my bed. The walls are so thin I heard the neighbors tv all night, then woke up to the construction outside.. worse place I’ve stayed at.
