2 months agoIncredibly kind and friendly staff, very safe and very clean! The rooms are comfortable, beautiful and clean, they come with everything you need. They have a small convenience store for guests. Thank you for letting us stay here! We will be back :)

3 months agoHaving your landscaping crew using leaf blowers at 7:00 AM is completely unacceptable. Not even 7:30 or 8:00 AM—but 7:00 AM. What makes your hotel think it’s appropriate to allow landscaping work that wakes up the entire hotel that early? This was a very disappointing experience. Guests come to a hotel to rest, and being awakened by loud leaf blowers at 7:00 AM is not the experience anyone expects. I hope you will reconsider your landscaping schedule so future guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.

3 months agoThis hotel is absolutely beautiful! It's extremely clean, beautiful furnishings, and tastefully done. They said it was completely done over in 2026. Huge windows, soft colors and the bathrooms are incredible! It has a walk-in shower with a giant overhead sprinkler and in this giant enclosed area is also the biggest and deepest bathtub I think I've ever seen. It has heated toilets seats with bidets so they have really thought of everyone's comfort! Kind and polite people that worked in all areas! I would definitely come back here again!! ?

5 months agoThis place is a wonderful place to stay in Los Angeles. It is a good location and for a hotel in LA it is extremely well cleaned, and well maintained and has plenty of places near there that has some of the most delicious foods. The scenery from the balcony was also very beautiful. Do not sleep on this place. If you are looking for a good spot to stay in LA during an event or a weekend activity this is the place you should go without a shadow of a doubt.

6 months agoWe had a fantastic stay at Miyako. The service was fantastic. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. We had lunch at the restaurant and although it was pricy, it was absolutely delicious. I just wish we had booked the spa.

9 months agoI had to stay at this hotel for a bit more than a week because of my place got issue that my family could not stay in, and I happened to experience different rooms during my stay. Rooms are clean overall, hotel is a bit old but is clean. Staffs are nice, sometime day offer free breakfast tickets for stay, sometimes not (it's only available when offer mention it when you book it). It may be more comfortable for Asians as amenities are very familiar with asian stuffs, some rooms have bidet .. lol. Lower flours would get some noise from upstairs, but other than that it's a nice place to stay.

11 months agoThe lady at the front desk told me “don’t tell anyone” but she’d only charge me for one night because we had a discrepancy with the room. When the full amount was charged to my card I called the front desk and they told me that she told them she never said that. Dishonest employees and a manager that doesn’t care. They offered me 15% off in compensation, which wasn’t what I agreed to pay.

12 months agoService and staffs are excellent, breakfasts are very tasty especially Japanese styled portion, I only had to take away 1 point for crappy internet WiFi for ages, I’ve been stayed at this hotel for years with my company contract, despite maintenance personnel’s endless effort helping us to solve connection, sometimes provided us rental routes but yet the connection was horrible and when I tried using cellphone as an alternative, my Google Fi is also getting the worse reception I experienced throughout the states I travelled. Please do something with the internet. ;(
