3 because I like the location and general structure of what I see ONLINE BUT NO PHONE to ask questions and the priceline fees say 68000 for a week..Obviously a decimal error. I wanted to book thru priceline as I always book with no issues. I hope they fix this error. Priceline also escalted it but nothing chsnged. Is anyone actually managing this place?

You get what you pay for, it's cheap for a reason. The rooms are dirty & the floor is absolutely disgusting! My feet were completely black on the bottom after being in the room for just a few hours. I stayed for a week & not once was the room cleaned. Never asked it I needed anything...clean towels, toilet paper, take trash out etc.!! The inside of the tub & sink were both chipping away. I like that they have a full size fridge, rooms are decent size & the pool is ok but that's about it. The pictures on their site are VERY deceiving!!

Our room was fairly clean, and the bathroom was also in good condition. The room included a nice-sized refrigerator, TV, and microwave, which we appreciated. However, the window blinds did not close properly, and there was a bright light fixture outside on the balcony that shone into our room all night, making it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, from about 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., a large group of guests were partying loudly. They started in the parking lot and later moved to the fifth floor, where they were yelling, cursing, playing loud music, slamming doors, and drinking heavily. It was extremely disruptive, and my husband stayed up all night for our safety. We contacted the front desk, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. We were traveling with our 8-year-old daughter, who slept on the couch. They don’t extra bedding for the sofa bed. Thankfully, we had brought our own blanket and pillow. Overall, the room itself was decent, but the noise, lack of security response, and poor window covering made it impossible to get a good night’s rest. Sadly, we would’ve slept better in our car. I wish I was able to include recording of the hectic night we experienced. Definitely not worth 217 a night. I’m very disappointed.

This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. Based on the description and photos, I expected a comfortable stay, but the reality was disappointing. The problems started upon entering the room, which was worn down and not particularly clean. We even found the previous guest's hair still in the bathroom, which is just unacceptable. The functionality of the room was quite poor. The electrical outlets by the bed were dead, and despite mentioning it to the front desk, they were never fixed during our entire stay. This was a major inconvenience for charging phones and using devices. The lack of soundproofing was the most frustrating part of the experience. There is no door threshold, and the walls might as well be made of paper, meaning we got to enjoy our neighbors' conversations and the boomer with her loud TV late into the night. We had to change room to escape one particular noisy neighbor. For a week-long stay, the absence of any room service was shocking. We were never offered fresh towels or linens, and the trash was not emptied. The amenities were equally disappointing. The gym equipment was broken, and there was no bench, making a proper workout impossible. The laundry situation was a nightmare. The machines only "work" with a convoluted online registration and credit card system, which in the end didn't accept common cards after all. The fact that you can't even use cash is incredibly frustrating. When we complained, we were simply told to wash our clothes somewhere else. In all, I would not recommend this place. Quite a disappointment.

5 -Star Experience!! I always like to book this hotel when family or friends are traveling into the area and need a place to stay—it never disappoints. They have amazing deals, the price is fair, and the location is excellent. The GM is very kind and accommodating; when I told him that someone in my party had limited mobility, he made sure we had the right room and helped with reservation extensions. He was very willing to transfer the deposit and made the process easy and seamless. The rooms are clean and gives me a Florida vibe, especially the first floor with private patios. Having your own little white picket-fence area with patio chairs makes you feel safe and comfortable. I also appreciated the full-size stainless steel refrigerator with freezer, matching microwave, the abundance of cable channels, and the strong Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly, and the rate is very fair. There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby—Black Bear, Popeyes, McDonald’s, H Mart, CVS, Walmart, Bank of America, and the mall is less than 3 miles away. Walmart, Vons and Ralph are about 2 miles away. It was absolutely perfect for their eight-day stay. I’ll always recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an economical stay that is clean, hospitable, and easy on the pocket. This is the place!

Full size refrigerator in rooms. If you know, bonus!! Clean Friendly staff Comfortable beds Nice TV/cable Plenty of parking on property. Clean pool. 7 min drive from beach. Restaurant in area.

They have small rooms and big rooms in a really nice and quiet corner of Torrance its peaceful and staff is always working keeping this place clean jose the handy man is always on site for any repairs needed the cleaning staff are always helpful and respectful always hard working and management is the best shahi is a humble and honest man much respect to him thank you for the awesome stay

Prices are reasonably low but in this case you really get what you pay for. The rooms were unclean - floors were absolutely filthy so bring slippers if you want to stay here. The service was basically non-existent. We stayed here 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once. Beds not made, toilet paper, tissue paper, towels were not replenished without going to the front desk yourself to get more. The staff were friendly enough but don't expect anything to be done without asking. Location is decent, H-Mart is located a short walk across the street. They have a pool but I did not use it given the questionable cleanliness elsewhere.

Although my reservation included six guests, there were only enough towels for two. When I went to the office to ask for more, the desk attendants seemed surprised that I wanted a set of towels for each of us. On our second night, we returned to our room to find it had not been serviced. I went to the desk again to ask for fresh towels and was informed they service the rooms only once every three days.

We booked but didn't spend the night after seeing the room it was worn out and just nasty. I'd rather lose $100 than spend a night there. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and nice though
